Create Your Moment

Some people spend their entire lives waiting for the “right time.”
Waiting for a break.
Waiting for the moment that tells them, “Go now.”

But what happens when that moment never comes?

That’s what my new release Moments is all about. It’s a reminder—no, a challenge—to stop waiting and start creating. Because the truth is, some of the biggest wins in life come from the smallest, most intentional decisions to just start.

When I first started 97 Appeal, I didn’t have the blueprint. I didn’t know all the steps or if it would even work. But I did know I had something to say. I knew that the stories, pain, and growth from my life could become a message for someone else. I knew I couldn’t sit around and wait for someone to discover me or hand me an opportunity—I had to make it real. I had to create my own moment.

And that’s what I did. That’s what I’m still doing.

See, when you wait too long, you risk falling into cycles that keep you in the same spot. You start to believe the lie that maybe you're not ready. Or maybe the moment passed. But moments don’t just fall in your lap—they’re made.

That’s why this release means so much to me.

Moments isn’t just a drop. It’s a reminder that you can act on the ideas you’ve been sitting on. That dream you keep writing down, the business you want to start, the story you want to tell—all of it is real if you’re willing to stop waiting and build your own opportunity.

That’s also why I’m hosting MOMENTS: The Interactive Experience on May 3rd from 4:30 PM to 5:45 PM at Fourtune House (4410 S Cottage Grove Ave, Chicago, IL 60653).
It’s a hands-on, intentional experience designed to help people do just that: break out of their comfort zones and create their moment. Through a series of interactive stations, we’ll dig into ideas you’ve been putting off, build energy through group brainstorming, and finish with you walking away with clarity—and maybe even a plan.

It’s not just about clothes. It never has been.

It’s about creating something that makes people stop and think. Something that gives people the courage to say, “It’s my time now.”

97 Appeal has always been about real life.
‘97 represents our starting point—where we come from, flaws and all.
Appeal represents where we’re going—because we don’t stay the same, we rise.
We get better. We grow.
We rise above it all.

And creating your moment is a big part of that growth.

You don’t need all the answers. You just need to move.
That’s how momentum builds. That’s how moments are made.

So if you’re local to Chicago and you’ve got a dream you’ve been sitting on, I want to see you at the event. Let’s take that first step together. Let’s create something you can look back on and say,
“Yeah… that was the moment I stopped waiting.”

Tickets are just $10.
We’ll have exclusive 97 Appeal t-shirts available at the event too.
Pull up. Be part of something real. Let’s rise.
